I am in Australia and I ordered 2 gifts of flowers for my two sisters in the UK. Direct2florist was excellent, there was a problem with one of the gifts as the florist didn't have what I ordered but they tried hard to get one, they kept me up to date very promptly with what was happening. The team finally found another florist that could fulfil my order. My order and my two sisters received their special gifts on the same day, amazing. I will be using Direct2florist again and will be recommending them to my family and friends here in Australia. Thank you so much.
